"The clothes we wear can be a big part of our style. so here are 3 underrated fashion items."--olu thomas, 9th grade
The clothes we wear can be a big part of our style. Clothes can also just be an expression of how we are feeling, not just who we are. When you look at a person, whether you like it or not, you will judge them based on the clothes they wear. When you think about it, clothes cover most of our body. Our clothes are such an integral part of our expression but many people dress basically the same, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. If you like what you have on you should feel good and confident, so in no particular order here are three underrated fashion styles.
1. Random Outfits
Think rocking a onesie or a 3 piece suit for no reason. Wearing things like a suit at a wedding is cool but wearing a suit to the grocery store is much cooler. It's spontaneous and unexpected. But it doesn't stop there, pajamas in court, grim reaper Halloween costume to a funeral, a track suit to a business meeting and so on. But do take precaution while wearing obscure outfits like this especially in professional situations. And it doesn't have to be this extreme, a lot of people tend to gravitate towards what is considered “normal” depending on the situation, think changing it up one day, a suit with some cool sneakers or even just some slides.
2. Techwear
Techwear is basically streetwear from the future. High quality fabrics, lightweight materials, and absolutely unbelievable functionality are just a few of the things that have resulted in the recent flurry of techwear in mainstream media. Another plus to techwear is that there are many techwear brands that are made by people not corporations, meaning that they have input from the people who wear the products.

At the end of the day fashion is all relative, hopefully people wear what they like not what other people tell them to or what other people think is cool, so feel free to disregard this entire article. But it's great to get a little inspiration every once in a while.
