Mae recently was going to be in the show until she got canceled after alledgedly sexually assualting Wright. At the time he couldn't speak about it because he was too drained and his friends were the ones who brought the claims to light. After, Mae came out with a series of videos in an attempt to debunk the rumor, but the same friends shared a video. The video showed Wright unconsious and Mae having sexual interactions with him despite it. Mae had to be cut out of the show, which caused the release date to be moved back multiple times and some awkward cuts to ensure she wasn’t shown.
The whole show tells us how they came from the ground up. Do I personally enjoy the show? No. A lot of the audience didn't like the show, either. Seeing the Hype House in their everyday life.
