The burning slowly spread up to her face, quickly escalating when a large flame popped up on top of her head. He thought nothing of it until it started to spread up his neck. Richard claims that his wife looked over and shrieked, “YOUR HEAD!” and he quickly jumped up and darted toward the bathroom mirror. He then jumped into the shower and the burning stopped. As it had done to Rachel Chen, it had taken all his hair.
