On September 8th d4vd’s car was impounded in the Hollywood Hills because he left his car there overnight. When the parking attendant was checking out his car for anything that looked suspicious, he looked in the trunk and found the remains of a decomposing body. He immediately called the police and later that night police discovered the remains of missing Hernandez.
The cops discovered that her remains were two years old, meaning that Rivas Hernandez was only 13 when she was killed. This would mean that d4vd would have been 18 when it happened. Rivas Hernandez has been reported missing since 2024.
After further investigation, they found out she was pregnant when she was killed. The cops also found d4vd’s messages on Discord, “me and’unknown chatter’got a baby otw.”
When the founder of Discord found out about the message, he said, “We do not tolerate somebody like him and we never will.”
Many, including the police, think Rivas Hernandez was the “unknown chatter” on Discord. Rivas Hernandez’s friends revealed that she would sometimes delete her Discord so then no one would see her chats with d4vd, but cops were wondering who were those messages from?

Fans are now going absurd on the internet, saying that d4d’s a murderer. People also noticed that in one of his videos, a user said in his comments, “Waiting for the LAPD to get your a** for messing with a 13 year old girl.” Soon after, it was discovered that d4vd and Rivas Hernandez had matching tattoos.
