On March 30th, Melania Trump made a tweet on X calling out Donald Trump for cheating and having an affair. “The man I’ve married and been devoted to for almost a decade cheated,” she tweeted. “He not only cheated on me, but he also cheated on me with a man. So, Donald, who is he?”
People pressed Trump about the rumors following the Tweet yet, he never responded, and Melania didn’t mention the issue after. However, on April 22nd, Melania posted another tweet about Trump and his mystery man, saying, “We agreed not to divorce if you stopped cheating, didn’t we? So why haven’t you held up your end of the bargain, Donald? Just tell us, who the hell is this man?”
That’s when Trump finally decided to speak out about the allegations, posting a tweet saying, “Yes, I did have an affair; but, that doesn’t matter, what matters is I'm still king of America and I will make it great again. My afair has nothing to do with my greatness, and my affair is perfectly reasonable because I am the president of the United States of America.”
People quickly started investigating who his mystery partner could be, pulling up pictures of Trump, trying to see who he is seen with the most, even going as far as to stalk all his socials and try to catch him outside in public. Many speculations about the mystery man’s identity were made; people took to TikTok and tried to find the most likely candidates together.
User @..yukit0 (follow them) said, “Kim Jong Un is a very likely man, I mean, look at their relationship. They are so close, they have no bad blood, and Kim literally SMILES at him. No way they aren’t a thing.” Another person said, "Don't forget about the love letters they exchanged." People soon started to agree, even going as far as to make edits of them, fan art, and love stories.

However, the speculations didn’t last long as people started to notice the current distance between the two, and eventually, they had to reopen their investigation. Some people were full-on ready for more investigation as to who the mystery man really was, and others were torn at the thought of Trump not being in a love quarrel with Kim Jong Un.
The next guy everyone suspected was Elon Musk. Musk wouldn’t be a surprise; it’s clear they are close, and everyone can tell they have something special going on. Especially with how dependent Elon is on Trump, who wouldn’t suspect them of being together? Hell, Trump even stands Elon's kid, even if they’re being disrespectful, stepdad material is showing.
Of course, everyone thinks it’s Trump X Elon, and are overjoyed. There are even people who are excited for them to go public. @cecepeepee.3 says “I’m so overjoyed that we finally found out who Trump is with! I’m just a little sad it wasn’t Biden :( I still ship though!” @Naomi.is.a.sigma said “I’m so glad Trump and Elon are together!!!” However, the excitement soon died down as people started to see cracks in their relationship.

No, I am not his affair partner, no, he does not like me, and his love interest has expressed to me and Trump his discomfort with us being thought of in that light.”
Trump would reply to that tweet, saying, “Yes, we would much appreciate that you don’t ‘ship’ us. My partner and I would ask you to refrain from thinking of Elon and me in such a manner.” These tweets blew up everywhere, even on the news. Soon, Trump would tweet in response to all of this drama. “Yes, it is true that Biden and I have been having intimate relations with each other. However, now that it’s out, I feel the need to explain this thoroughly,” he continues, “When he and I first met 5 years ago I did not expect us to get into a relationship, not for a second.”
